Very friendly staff who even gave very profound information about South Tyrol and it's history.
The room was quite small.

Cheap solution for vacation in the most expensive italian city (12 min drive from Bolzano). Excellent staff, very clean room though rather small, the balcony is a must have (excellent view of the surrounding mountains).Great food at low prices, rich breakfast, free parking area, two swimming pools.
No air condition, very soft matresses, the balcony was shared with the room next door, no fridge, but the low prices at the mini market inside the camping area was more than a compansation. The typical small hotel room in central Europe would welcome some new furniture, but if one does not intend to spend more than a couple of hours at the hotel, there is no problem. We would visit again.

Nice room. Good facilities and most helpful staff. The dinner at the Steiner restaurant was one of the best we had during our 4 months trip
On the main road so a bit noisy even in the back rooms However: a tunnel being built so traffic will be much less after completion which is said to be late 2012.

I recently stayed at a hotel in South Tyrol and had an amazing time. The value for money was exceptional, with competitive prices for both the rooms and dinner. The attention to detail was impressive, with beautifully furnished rooms that had balconies offering stunning views of the hills and mountains. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The basic amenities were all provided, including a lovely breakfast that satisfied my hunger in the morning. The hotel's location, nestled in the Dolomites mountains, was ideal for those looking to explore the breathtaking nature or enjoy outdoor activities like biking.
All aspects of my stay were fantastic, there was nothing that I felt could be improved upon.

It was very clean and the people were very friendly. In particular, Claudia at the reception desk was very friendly and charming and spoke many languages very fluently!

We were told on booking in that the restaurant was closed on a Monday but we could get a meal at the camp site restaurant, this turned out to be excellent, good food and good value. The hotel own the camp site and all the facilities.

We had a great stay at this hotel on our way through the area. the rooms were modern and impeccably clean, with a great view of the Dolomite mountains. the staff were super-nice and always willing to help, even bringing food and drinks to our room when we couldn't make it to the restaurant with our baby. the breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious food and drinks to choose from.
Although the restaurant was popular with locals for its great food, finding parking could be a challenge at times.
